NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING.

ELIGIBILITY: The “Simply Done Bright Day Mindfulness Giveaway – Instagram” (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who, as of the time of entry, are at least 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Topco Associates, LLC (collectively, “Sponsor”), or any of Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliate entities, or advertising or promotion agencies and members of the immediate family or household of any such employee, officer, director, or representative, are not eligible to enter or win (where immediate family member means parent, spouse, or sibling). Void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. An entrant is not a winner of any Prize (defined below) until entrant’s eligibility as a winner has been verified, entrant has been notified that verification is complete, entrant has completed and submitted all required forms (including an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, if required), and entrant has otherwise complied with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway will begin on November 6, 2026 at 12:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on November 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s timekeeping device is the official clock of the Giveaway.

HOW TO ENTER; ENTRY LIMITS: During the Giveaway Period, an eligible individual may enter the Giveaway on Instagram by completing the following steps:

  • Follow, or already be following, @simplydone_brand on Instagram;
  • Like the Giveaway post; and
  • Comment on the Giveaway post and tag a friend.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period, regardless of the number of Instagram accounts held. If you do not have an Instagram account, follow the onscreen instructions to register for a free account at Instagram.com. The name of the person submitting an Entry must be the name of the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to enter. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of account ownership.

NOTE: @simplydone_brand is the only official Instagram page for Simply Done Bright Day. Sponsor will never ask entrants for payment or sensitive information in order to claim a prize.

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER ENTRY MAY BE POSTED ACROSS ANY OR ALL OF THE SPONSOR’S DIGITAL AND SOCIAL ASSETS, AT THE SPONSOR’S DISCRETION.

ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

ENTRY GUIDELINES: Entries must comply with these Official Rules and Instagram’s posting guidelines. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and delete any Entry that contains inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

ENTRIES POSTED TO INSTAGRAM ARE NOT EDITED BY SPONSOR AND REPRESENT THE VIEWS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANTS ONLY.

SELECTION OF WINNER: After the Giveaway Period ends, on or about November 15, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received on Instagram.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize: $140.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not specified in these Official Rules. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued if required by law. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute any portion or all of a prize with a prize of comparable value or cash.

ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message. If the selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification attempt, or fails to complete required documentation, the winner may be disqualified and only one alternate winner will be selected.

GRANT/TRANSFER OF RIGHTS; PUBLICITY: By entering, entrant grants Sponsor and its agents a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use entrant’s name, likeness, and Entry for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected Entries; technical failures; or any damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective representatives from any such claims.

GENERAL RULES: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Giveaway process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen events compromise the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Giveaway should a virus, bugs, entrant fraud or misconduct or other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor affect or corrupt the administration, integrity, security or proper operation of the Giveaway or to the extent Sponsor deems necessary in order to comply with the terms of use or terms of service of any applicable social media platform or in connection with changes to such terms. In the event of termination of the Giveaway, a notice will be posted online and Sponsor will award the prize by any reasonable method it deems to be fair and equitable in its discretion.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION; VENUE; JURISDICTION: All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal actions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois. Also, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in DuPage County, Illinois having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

USE OF INFORMATION: By entering, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your Entry information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
