NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING.

ELIGIBILITY: The “Crav’n Flavor x Chris Janson Thankfulness Giveaway July 2026” (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and D.C., excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and Rhode Island, who, as of the time of entry, are at least 18 years of age or older. The individual tagged by the winner as their “person they are most thankful for” (“Guest”) must also satisfy all eligibility and verification requirements before receiving any portion of the Prize. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Topco Associates, LLC (collectively, “Sponsor”), or any of Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliate entities, or advertising or promotion agencies and members of the immediate family or household of any such employee, officer, director, or representative, are not eligible to enter or win (where immediate family member means parent, spouse, or sibling). Void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. An entrant is not a winner of any Prize (defined below) until entrant’s eligibility as a winner has been verified, entrant has been notified that verification is complete, entrant has completed and submitted all required forms (including an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, if required), and entrant has otherwise complied with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway will begin on July 2, 2026 at 12:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on July 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s timekeeping device is the official clock of the Giveaway.

HOW TO ENTER; ENTRY LIMITS: During the Giveaway Period, an eligible individual may enter the Giveaway twice. One entry may be made through Instagram and another entry may be made through Facebook. To enter, complete the following steps on the platform, whether Instagram and/or Facebook, used to enter the Giveaway:

  • Like the Giveaway post;
  • Tag the person you are most thankful for in the comments; and
  • Follow, or already be following, both @thechrisjanson and @cravnflavor.

Limit one (1) entry per platform, for a total limit of two (2) entries per person during the Giveaway Period, regardless of the number of Instagram or Facebook accounts held or platforms used. If you do not have an Instagram or Facebook account, follow the onscreen instructions to register for a free account at Instagram.com or Facebook.com. The name of the person submitting an Entry must be the name of the authorized account holder of the Instagram or Facebook account used to enter. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of account ownership.

NOTE: @cravnflavor is the only official Instagram page for Crav’n Flavor. Sponsor will never ask entrants for payment or sensitive information in order to claim a prize.

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER ENTRY MAY BE POSTED ACROSS ANY OR ALL OF THE SPONSOR’S DIGITAL AND SOCIAL ASSETS, AT THE SPONSOR’S DISCRETION.

ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

ENTRY GUIDELINES: Entries must comply with these Official Rules and Instagram’s and Facebook’s posting guidelines. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and delete any Entry that contains inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

ENTRIES POSTED TO INSTAGRAM OR FACEBOOK ARE NOT EDITED BY SPONSOR AND REPRESENT THE VIEWS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANTS ONLY.

SELECTION OF WINNER: After the Giveaway Period ends, on or about July 10, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received on Instagram and Facebook.

PRIZE:

  • One (1) prize will be awarded and will consist of the following:
  • The verified winner will receive one (1) prize package consisting of:
    • One (1) $500 gift card to a grocery store. The grocery store gift card may be for a grocery store owned by any Member of Sponsor located near the winner. If, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, there are no Sponsor Member-owned grocery stores near the winner’s residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award a gift card of general issuance, such as a VISA gift card.
    • One (1) snack box containing Crav’n Flavor® snacks. Approximate Retail Value of the snack box is $50. Sponsor will select the specific snacks included in the snack box at its sole discretion and based on snack recommendations from promotion partner Chris Janson.
  • The individual named and tagged by the winner as their “person they are most thankful for” (“Guest”), upon verification of eligibility, will receive an identical prize package consisting of:
    • One (1) $500 grocery store gift card, subject to the same terms described above.
    • One (1) Crav’n Flavor® snack box, ARV $50.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes: $1,100.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner and Guest are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not specified in these Official Rules. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued if required by law. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute any portion or all of a prize, with a prize of comparable value or cash. All gift cards are subject to their stated terms and conditions.

ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified via Instagram or Facebook direct message, depending on the platform used for the selected Entry. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification attempt, or fails to complete required documentation, the winner may be disqualified and only one alternate winner will be selected. The Guest is also subject to verification and may be required to complete and submit required forms before receiving any portion of the Prize.

GRANT/TRANSFER OF RIGHTS; PUBLICITY: By entering, entrant grants Sponsor and its agents a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use entrant’s name, likeness, and Entry for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected Entries; technical failures; or any damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook, and their respective representatives from any such claims.

GENERAL RULES: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Giveaway process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen events compromise the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Giveaway should a virus, bugs, entrant fraud or misconduct or other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor affect or corrupt the administration, integrity, security or proper operation of the Giveaway or to the extent Sponsor deems necessary in order to comply with the terms of use or terms of service of any applicable social media platform or in connection with changes to such terms. In the event of termination of the Giveaway, a notice will be posted online and Sponsor will award the prizes by any reasonable method it deems to be fair and equitable in its discretion

DISPUTE RESOLUTION; VENUE; JURISDICTION: All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal actions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois. Also, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in DuPage County, Illinois having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway, and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

USE OF INFORMATION: By entering, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your Entry information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
