NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING.

ELIGIBILITY: The “Food Club Boy Band Bake-Off Football Jersey Giveaway – Facebook” (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who, as of the time of entry, are at least 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Topco Associates, LLC (collectively, “Sponsor”), or any of Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliate entities, Administrator, or advertising or promotion agencies and members of the immediate family or household of any such employee, officer, director, or representative, are not eligible to enter or win (where immediate family member means parent, spouse, or sibling). Void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. An entrant is not a winner of any Prize (defined below) until entrant’s eligibility as a winner has been verified, entrant has been notified that verification is complete, entrant has completed and submitted all required forms (including an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, if required), and entrant has otherwise complied with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway will begin on February 18, 2026 at 12:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on February 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s timekeeping device is the official clock of the Giveaway.

HOW TO ENTER; ENTRY LIMITS: During the Giveaway Period, an eligible individual may enter the Giveaway on Facebook by completing the following steps:

  • Follow @OfficialFoodClub on Facebook;
  • Like the post announcing the Giveaway; and
  • Tag a friend in the comments of the Giveaway post.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. If you do not have a Facebook account, follow the onscreen instructions to register for a free Facebook account at Facebook.com. The name of the person submitting an Entry must be the name of the authorized account holder of the Facebook account used to enter. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of account ownership.

NOTE: @OfficialFoodClub is the only official Facebook page for Food Club. Sponsor will never ask entrants for payment or sensitive information in order to claim a prize.

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER ENTRY MAY BE POSTED ACROSS ANY OR ALL OF THE SPONSOR’S DIGITAL AND SOCIAL ASSETS, AT THE SPONSOR’S DISCRETION.

ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

ENTRY GUIDELINES: Entries must comply with these Official Rules and Facebook’s posting guidelines. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that contains inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

ENTRIES POSTED TO FACEBOOK ARE NOT EDITED BY SPONSOR AND REPRESENT THE VIEWS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANTS ONLY.

SELECTION OF WINNER: After the Giveaway Period ends, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible Entries received on Facebook.

PRIZE:

  • One (1) Prize Available:
    • One (1) football jersey signed by Lance Bass, AJ McLean, and Chris Kirkpatrick; and
    • One (1) box of fan-favorite Food Club products.
    • Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not specified in these Official Rules. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued if required by law.

ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified via Facebook direct message. If the selected winner does not respond within three (3) days of the initial notification attempt, or fails to complete required documentation, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

GRANT/TRANSFER OF RIGHTS; PUBLICITY: By entering, entrant grants Sponsor and its agents a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use entrant’s name, likeness, and Entry for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected Entries; technical failures; or any damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Facebook, and their respective representatives from any such claims.

GENERAL RULES: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Giveaway process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen events compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION; VENUE; JURISDICTION: All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal actions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.

USE OF INFORMATION: By entering, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your Entry information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
