The “12 Days of Food Club Holiday Giveaways” (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Topco Associates, LLC (“Sponsor”). Each day from December 11, 2025 to December 22, 2025, Sponsor will conduct one (1) daily giveaway as detailed below. Each giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER
Each day during the Giveaway Period, an eligible individual may enter a specific daily giveaway on Instagram by completing all of the following actions:
- Follow @OfficialFoodClub on Instagram
- Like the designated Giveaway post for that day
- Tag a friend in the comments of the post
- Optional bonus entry: Share the post to your Instagram story
The name of the person submitting the entry must match the authorized Instagram account holder. Each participant may enter once per daily giveaway. All entries must comply with Instagram’s guidelines and community rules. Entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering or violating the spirit of the promotion.

GENERAL TERMS
- One (1) winner will be randomly selected by Sponsor per daily giveaway from eligible entries received.
- There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for the prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Winners are solely responsible for taxes and any expenses not listed as part of the prize.
- Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message. Failure to respond within seven (7) days may result in disqualification and alternate selection.
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any part of the promotion due to fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen problems.
