OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING.
ELIGIBILITY: The “Food Club All Stars Giveaway” (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who, as of the time of entry, are at least 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Topco Associates, LLC (collectively, “Sponsor”), or any of Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliate entities, or advertising or promotion agencies and members of the immediate family or household of any such employee, officer, director, or representative, are not eligible to enter or win (where immediate family member means parent, spouse, or sibling). Void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. An entrant is not a winner of any Prize (defined below) until entrant’s eligibility as a winner has been verified, entrant has been notified that verification is complete, entrant has completed and submitted all required forms (including an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, if required), and entrant has otherwise complied with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway will begin on December 18, 2025 at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on December 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s time keeping device is the official clock of the Giveaway.
HOW TO ENTER; ENTRY LIMITS: During the Giveaway Period, an eligible individual may enter the Giveaway on Instagram by completing the following actions:
- Follow @OfficialFoodClub on Instagram
- Like the Giveaway post
- Tag a friend who loves to celebrate the holidays in the comments
Bonus entry: Share the post to your Instagram story (optional).
If you do not have an Instagram account, follow the onscreen instructions to register for a free Instagram account at Instagram.com. The name of the person submitting an Entry must be the name of the authorized account holder. In the event of a dispute, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder. Proof of ownership may be required.
BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER ENTRY MAY BE POSTED ACROSS ANY OR ALL OF THE SPONSOR’S DIGITAL AND SOCIAL ASSETS, AT THE SPONSOR’S DISCRETION.
ODDS: Odds depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
ENTRY GUIDELINES: Entries must comply with these Official Rules and Instagram posting guidelines. Sponsor may disqualify entries that include inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content. Additional conditions regarding intellectual property, likenesses, and conduct apply as described in the full document.
ENTRIES POSTED TO INSTAGRAM ARE NOT EDITED BY SPONSOR AND REPRESENT THE VIEWS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT ONLY.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: After the Giveaway Period, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.

No substitution or transfer allowed. Winner is responsible for all expenses not stated. If a potential winner cannot accept the prize as stated, no alternate prize will be awarded. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the winner’s name if required by law.
ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: The potential winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message. If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, or fails to complete required documents, an alternate may be selected. We will select only one alternate.
GRANT/TRANSFER OF RIGHTS; PUBLICITY: By entering, entrant grants Sponsor and its agents a perpetual, worldwide license to use the Entry and related content in any media without further compensation. Entrants waive all moral rights to the Entry.
RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and affiliated parties are not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries; technical errors; or damages arising out of the Giveaway or use of any prize. Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, and others involved. Additional liability limitations apply.
GENERAL RULES: Sponsor may disqualify entrants for misconduct, tampering, or abuse. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or platform policy changes.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION; VENUE; JURISDICTION: All disputes must be resolved individually in the courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, under Illinois law. Class action waivers and damage limitations apply.
USE OF INFORMATION: By entering, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your information to administer the Giveaway in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
