NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING.

  • ELIGIBILITY: The “Sweet P’s Bake Shop x Gabby’s Dollhouse Family Movie Night Giveaway” (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who, as of the time of entry, are at least 18 years and the legal age of majority in their state of residence or older. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Topco Associates, LLC (collectively, “Sponsor”), or any of Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliate entities, or advertising or promotion agencies and members of the immediate family or household of any such employee, officer, director, or representative, are not eligible to enter or win (where immediate family member means parent, spouse, or sibling). Void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. An entrant is not a winner of any Prize (defined below) until entrant’s eligibility as a winner has been verified, entrant has been notified that verification is complete, entrant has completed and submitted all required forms (including an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, if required), and entrant has otherwise complied with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.
  • GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on September 17, 2025 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 24, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s time-keeping device is the official clock of the Giveaway.
  • HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, an eligible individual may enter the Giveaway on Instagram by completing the following steps:
    1. Follow @sweetpsbakeshop on Instagram
    2. Like the Giveaway post
    3. Comment on the post
    4. Share the post to your Instagram story (optional for bonus entry)

If you do not have an Instagram account, follow the onscreen instructions to register for a free account at Instagram.com. The name of the person submitting an Entry must match the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to enter. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of account ownership.

NOTE: @sweetpsbakeshop is the only official Instagram page for Sweet P’s Bake Shop. We will never ask you for payment or sensitive information to claim your prize.

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER ENTRY MAY BE POSTED ACROSS ANY OR ALL OF THE SPONSOR’S DIGITAL AND SOCIAL ASSETS, AT THE SPONSOR’S DISCRETION. Submission of an Entry grants the Sponsor and its agents the right to publish, use, adapt, edit, publicly perform and/or modify such Entry in any way, in any and all media, including for use in advertising and marketing, without limitation and without consideration to the entrant.

  • ENTRY LIMITS; ODDS: Limit one (1) entry per person on Instagram. One (1) bonus entry is available for sharing the post to your stories. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
  • ENTRY GUIDELINES: Entries must comply with Instagram’s posting guidelines and must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these standards or these Official Rules.

ENTRIES POSTED TO INSTAGRAM ARE NOT EDITED BY SPONSOR AND REPRESENT THE VIEWS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANTS ONLY.

  • SELECTION OF WINNER; ODDS: After the Giveaway Period ends, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received on Instagram. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • • PRIZE: One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize includes six (6) Fandango Promo Codes* to see Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize: $90.

*Each Fandango Promo Code (“Code”) is good for up to $15 off (total ticket price and associated fees and charges) the purchase of one movie ticket to see Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie at participating Fandango theaters in the US. Code must be entered at checkout. Code is void, and can no longer be used, if not redeemed by 11/30/25 or when Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie is no longer in theaters, whichever comes first. Only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at Fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any theater box office. If lost or stolen, cannot be replaced. No cash value, except as required by law. Void where prohibited. Not valid with any other offer. Offer valid in U.S. and D.C., excluding U.S. territories and where prohibited by law. One-time use only. Non-transferable. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If cost of movie ticket with Fandango’s associated fees and charges included is more than Code’s maximum discount, then user must pay the difference. Any price difference between movie ticket purchased and Code’s maximum discount will not be refunded. Excludes multiple admission tickets. Limit 6 Codes per person. There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for the prize, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and any other expenses not specified in these Official Rules.

ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION OF WINNER: The potential winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram. If the selected winner does not respond within one (1) day of the initial notification attempt, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. The winner is subject to verification and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
  • GRANT/TRANSFER OF RIGHTS; PUBLICITY: By entering, entrant grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide license to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, DreamWorks Animation L.L.C., Universal Pictures Marketing, a division of Universal Film Exchanges LLC, and Instagram from any liability, claim, or damages resulting from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
  • GENERAL RULES: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Rules or tampers with the Giveaway process. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway in the event of technical failure or other unforeseen issues.
  • DISPUTE RESOLUTION; VENUE; JURISDICTION: All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal actions must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami Dade County, Florida.
  • USE OF INFORMATION: By entering, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your entry information for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
